Terms of Service

1. What the Service does

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse photos of a vehicle and produce an approximate estimate of visible damage and likely repair cost. It is an informational tool only. It is not an official inspection, an insurance assessment, a legal expert appraisal, or a substitute for inspection by a qualified repair professional.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, created through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms in your country.

3. Credits and payments

Analyses are paid for with credits, purchased in packs. One completed analysis normally consumes one credit. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase — Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes.

Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Prices and pack sizes may change; changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to upload only photos you have the right to use, showing real vehicles for a genuine estimate. You must not misuse the Service — including automated scraping, attempts to overload or probe the infrastructure, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or reselling the output as a certified appraisal.

5. AI estimates and disclaimer

AI estimates are approximate and provided “as is”. Actual damage, hidden damage and final repair cost can differ significantly from the estimate and depend on factors not visible in a photo. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness of any estimate for a particular purpose. Any decision you make based on the Service is your own responsibility; always confirm with a qualified repair shop or insurer.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us the limited right to process and store them solely to provide the Service to you — for example to run the analysis and show you the result. We do not sell your photos or share them beyond the processors needed to run the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties to function, including payment, hosting, storage and AI processing providers. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions taken in reliance on an estimate. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
